Write a simple report-app for skiresort snowgroomers

We run a skiresort. Every night our groomers groom the slopes with their prepp-machines. Some slopes cannot be groomed due to low snow or might be closed. We want the groomers to report the status of each slope in real-time in a android-app from their vehicles. Our day-time-staff needs to know which slopes are groomed, not-groomed or closed in the morning to be able to serve our guests and internal staff with this info. Also, at night-time, the other preppers (several on duty on the same shift per night) need to get an overview of the real-time status so that they can adjust/plan their shifts accordingly. Some table fields: -Slope-name -Slope-status (Not reported, Prepped, Not-prepped, Closed) -Remarks -Time of report Every morning at 08:00 a report showing the latest reported status for each slope should be generated and sent via e-mail to a number of recipients with the latest reported status per slope. This report should be grouped by slope-status and then sorted A-Z. The current and historical prepp-logg should also be accessible online. We can provide hosting for this. The skiresort is opened 09:30-15:30 and in high season to 16:30. All grooming takes place between 15:30-09:30 in night. For dating purposes we use the date of the following guest-day. So any prepping made on the evening and night that leads to 5th of January will be referred to as 5th January even though the prepping starts already at 17:00 on the 4th of January. This project will be structured in some subprojects: 1) Create a detailed requirement spec with sketches/screenshots together with us 2) Create a price estimate based on requirement spec above 3) Develop the app 4) Testrun 5) Acceptance Part one and two will be done at hourly rate. Part 3-5 on a fixed budget that we agree upon.
