Write an Android SIM Card Reader application

I am looking for someone with Android application development, JAVA, SIM Card protocols, and database programming experience. The indvidual/team that produces the best results for version 1.0 will be the leading candidate for future versions of this app and other apps that I would like to launch. The estimated budget for this app is $500-$2000. I will likely hire multiple candidates for this phase to find the best developer for future projects. Please let me know if any clarification on this is required. Some basic requirements for version 1.0 are as follow: - Simple, user friendly, clean, modular and robust code (comments should be used to give background information or annotate difficult code) - Complete software package that is ready to be loaded on a Samsung Galaxy S4 or newer phone with Android 4.2.2 and newer software - Read and Extract SIM Card data using a USB SIM Card adapter and a USB On The Go cable - Clean, easy to use and understand Graphic User Interface (GUI) - Some capability to search SIM Card info against a database loaded on the phone - Complete requirements will only be released after bidder signs a Non Disclosure Agreement The Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication skills (proficient in English) and comfortable speaking on Skype - Required programming language(s): JAVA, Linux commands, possibly some C, SQL/SQLite - Do you have any open source projects availabel for viewing or examples of previous work? - References (preferably from other startups you have worked with) VERY IMPORTANT: To separate you from people that did not read this whole post, please write REAL as the first line of your bid.
