we are looking for someone who can build a restaurant mobile app using phonegap , that is the "same web source code" will be able to be packaged for android and ios ,

The restaurant app tends to help the blind and disabled people to order their meals by themselves from A-Z and so the app shall "must" support :

- voice recognition

-text to speech

-Both English/ Arabic language for menu and vioce recognition "using already made lib is totally ok "

-social media login/sign up
