i want to create music app

Good evening! I'm from Latvia and I'm a certificated Android developer. I speak English fluently and I suppose that I will be able to understand your idea clearly and properly. Recently I have been working with Android Services, including music. Now I'm working on one my project for my town government. I have an Android Development certificate from Edureka.
