1. We want to build a Movie Stream Server in Singpore. 2. we can have API call to this Movie Stream Server , to dynamically generate time limited play URL. (MUST TO HAVE) , we will first to use HTML5 client, then may require APP for mobile, and Set-Top-Box for TVs. 3. we can then call API to fast forward or backward 10 seconds (BEST TO HAVE) 4. we can then record customer play position, for restore to current position in case of browser termination(exceptional exit) ( BEST TO HAVE). 5. we can call API to switch text scripts (different languages of scripts) - (BEST TO HAVE). 6. CDN distribution to Europe and USA (where our main customers come from). 7. We investigated serviio(Java) and sirannon(C++, open sourced), but unsure if those stream server can help us.
