Hi i will user material design with support libraries, rest calls can be done using ok http library or simple http calls. The api keys will be configured in separate files, so that you can change it easily, if rest services are working can be done in 1-2 days max. I have worked on many enterprise applications dealing with rest and soap apis, i an help later on also if you need to extend project , can also use modern design like MVP if you wish .
