Roomy: The Ultimate Roommate Application

I need an application that can be used as the ultimate roommate tool. This includes a mobile wallet feature that can securely connect to bank accounts and cards, has an interactive calendar feature for the users to utilize, an instant messenger feature, an interactive checklist for groceries/general shopping, and a "Venmo" style fund-sending feature. The application needs to be simple and sleek. I would also prefer a light-grey and sky blue color scheme.
