Hi, I am about to launch a new audio download product. It will consist of about 4 mp3's which will last approximately an hour. Originally I was going to sell as a zip file for people to download their laptop/desktop. However I recently came across the the existence of PWA apps.

I would like to know if it is possible to build a simple PWA App which can store the mp3's and play them within the app. Also is it possible to build it so that the mp3's can be accessed and played offline.

Here is an example of a similar app that we have had built but on the ios store to give an idea:
