i need a shopify app

We need a price quote and your time frame/duration on a shopify [login to view URL] is an example of what we need - (A) = You (B) = App user (C) = Final client (the one who buys from (B) Our app is designed to help users (B) to easily add products to their stores, products. You (A) send to final client (C). (B) should have the ability on our app user panel to choose a variety of products. They add description, and price they want to sell items for on their store. This will automatically create product and variants in their store. When (C) buys created products to (B), we automatically receive the order in an admin panel (under Shopify). (B) will be able to check order state: on hold / on production / shipped. If (B) cancels the order using the app user panel, app will sync and cancel order even in (A) panel (only if order isn’t marked ‘in production’). (A) and (B) panel should sync together when an update is done on a side. When (A) marks the product as ‘sent’ and added parcel number to the order, (B) and (C) should be able to check parcel number. (A) should get p...aid automatically each time, (B) gets an order. (B) would have to choose cc (using Stripe) to p...ay orders. (A) admin panel would display order details. Example: Price for 1st product is $6 + $2 shipping fee at (A) then at time of import by (B) shows price $12 + $2 shipping fee, (B) can change price higher then $12 + $2. After order at (B) From (C), you (A) will receive order and $12 +$2 in (A) Stripe account. These are the details in terms of what I am looking for...I would need to set the pricing from the supplier to our app at double what the supplier is asking + shipping...and no mention of the supplier. Feeds will be directly from supplier's site and supplier has given us permission to do so. However, we are unable to install anything on supplier's website...So, we would need our app to run off of feeds. We also need the app developed and added to shopify and we should be able to use the app ourselves on our site pixiekissed,com one supplier is - [login to view URL] One of our competitor's is - [login to view URL] We have a written agreement with our supplier as we know them personally so it isn't as if just anyone can use their feeds. kindly let me know you budget and first reply get the order.
