Basically, you would change logo and URL in one place, and it would compile it to both platforms. The only problem that I see it's compilation on linux server. The iOS compilation process requires being performed on MAC operating system. I can set up a virtual machine with MAC operation system inside for that needs on your server. If the clear compilation on the server is a priority, then I'll propose use phoneGap for that, since it allows to build iOS version in the cloud, on their own serveres.
