Site have 5 different language and its file,this language function need to be added to it too.

main function:listing can be purchase with paypal or account credit.
after purchase: for the work start,a message box should appear which user need to send a message to seller in order work activated and started same as on site.
on the manage sale menu: seller can see the sold listing and when he done the work,he needs to send complated project to the buyer,this goes with attachement or as message.There should be a place where it shoukd say: Deliver and complate the work.Ones this done,work will be eccepted as deliver then other buyer account,there will be a button for feedback: positive and negative.
on the same place: there will be also :
You and Buyer Agree to Cancel button.
Both sides agree to drop the order. Payment is returned to the buyer's balance.
Force Cancel Order button.
Close the order, refund the buyer (has a negative effect on your rating).
