Multivendor eCommerce Android Marketplace App

I need an Android app like Pricemap App. We like you to first check this PriceMap app and add all the features in our app. Our app should be very quick and fast. It should be bug free. We will create first milestone after checking your 50% work. Source code will be our property. Without getting and checking the source code, we will not even release the mikestone. I'll not explain the project deacription again and again. My budget for this App is 10000 INR. You will have to check Pricemap app for your reference. Don't waste my time in bargain and asking for more money. If you want to work for me then you will have to accept above conditions. You will have to develop Payment settlement, refund, commission deduction, promocode redeem feature. Every week on one specific day, payment should be transferred in all merchant's account from our bank account by NEFT. You will have to give a Popup when any user open the app for very first time. In that Popup it should ask for the Pincode of the user, if our services are not available in that area then it should show that our services are not available in your area. We want our services to be offered on 100 Pincodes only between 110001-110099. Server, SMS Api, Firebase we will purchase for this app. There should be Google and Facebook login feature. There should be Push notifications. You will have to design a beautiful logo. There should be Otp authentication also. There should be Merchant Panel App. There should be Customer Dashboard. There should be Admin Panel also. There should be Frontend, Backend and database to be developed by you.
