Please read requirements below: Client Profile: ------------------- Industry : Swimming Coach for Kids Requirement : Mobile App Background ------------------- Client is a swimming school who conduct classes in 4x public swimming pools. They offer 1x free-trial session to new customers to try out their services, right after the free-trial, their coaches will approach the clients (kids’ parent) to sign up for packages. Those who did not sign-up on the spot will be kept for future follow-ups. Their classes are on Fri, Sat and Sun from 2pm to 8pm. Each session is one-hour (regardless of free-trial or packages). They have 500 clients and 4 coaches to handle the above volume. They have 2 type of classes; BASIC (can swim and can’t swim kids), INTERMEDIATE (can swim and preparing to take exam). Objective: ------------------- To create an App to acquire for new customers (free-trial session), booking of swim classes on different day and time slot, clients (parents) to make payment, and send notification to their customers. Coaches to be informed of their classes booking status. Workflow: ------------------- New customers will need to sign-up (fill up their profile) via the app to entitled to the 1x free-trial. Then, they will be brought to calendar to book their preferred date and time slot. Please note, for BASIC classes, it is a mixture of new and existing customers. The booking for INTERMEDIATE classes adopt the same booking flow. Their customers (parents) will be able to make payment and an invoice will be sent to them via the app. Also, client will be able to send notification as a reminder to those customers who have not make payment yet.
