Mobile App Development iOS / Android project

Seeking full stack web developers, designers and engineers for a mobile app development project. This will be a social networking app to help young people find new groups of friends in their area. The functionality will be as follows: User signs up either using email or by Facebook, Google+ etc. User fills out a questionnaire about their interests, tastes, values and personality traits. Server side code will match users in nearby locations who share similar interests, ranks them by how much they have in common and put them into Social Groups. The user receives a notification that they have been invited to a Social Group and accepts it. Once a minimum required number of people have accepted the invitation to the Social Group, the Social Group gets created. The Social Group consists of a group chat among its members. Members can also browse other member's profiles (bio and pictures), and can send messages individually (one-on-one). This is the core functionality that needs to be built. The algorithm that figures out how much users have in common with each other will use complex mathematics and statistics. === The successful applicant with possess the following: Demonstrated background in professional development of mobile applications that have been brought through to commercialization You will need to provide a detailed explanation of what core technologies, platforms, frameworks and programming languages you will be using for the front end design, back end development and storage/hosting. You will need to make a convincing case as to why these are the appropriate technological choices, given the nature of this particular project. We will be comparing proposals, researching platforms and supporting technologies, and getting outside opinions. You will not be considered without this information in your proposal. We will need to be assured of scalability for up to several million users.
