30-minute Python Job: Simple Drawing App

This is a fun little job that you can do in under an hour in your sleep. In Python 3.7, make a simple mouse drawing app that has 8 pen colors, a wave filter button and an export to png button. I want the source code and all rights to it, including commercial use, so don't use any code that you want to copyright yourself. This is not a school project, I'm not hiring you to do my homework. I just want to know how an expert would code this and I want to make my own edits after the project is done. The canvas size is 1600x1200 and starts white. The pen colors are black, white, red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, and magenta. Each pen paints with 100% opacity in the center and has a gaussian dropoff until a final cutoff radius of 10 pixels. The wave filter button translates the y positions of each pixel by a sine wave with a period of 40 pixels and an amplitude of 10 pixels. Empty pixels are filled with white. The export button prompts the user to type a filename and saves the image in png format to that location. That is all, have fun!
