As a senior developer I have experience webrtc for video calling, twilio for send sms, Amazon web hosting, zendesk can be used for creating support, I have only experience similar SDK, Live Chat. You need to create Twilio account 2. for audio & video call, can use several services what supports those. Those can be Quickblox and so on. It is cheap to use and it is very powerful.
