Multi Device Solution One central management system multiple device, create device specific products and services. Customer Subscriber Management Take control over your customers via the CSM give support, change products, extensive customer reporting. Customer Support Online customer support/ticketing system great for online and/or phone Question & Answer customer services. Stock Control Manage your stock and see which Set-top Boxes are live. Reports & Analytics Get real time information on our services, customers and get in depth data of content popularity or transaction reports. Billing System Extensive automated billing system including a customer login for downloading invoices, upgrading wallets. User Interface Integration Tight integration with our multi device HTML5 User Interfaces, control the content, services and customer access. Pre-roll Advertisement We already have our streams in all formats RSTP/RTMP/HLS. Requirements for applications on the following platforms.
