Need an IOS app built similar to Spotify & SoundCloud to stream audio

Looking for an experienced app developer who has created audio streaming apps. Speed is very important so I'm looking to work with someone who has already built an app I can make modifications to or someone who can quickly modify existing templates, either paid or open source.

I don't want to use a Firebase backend as I plan on having tens of thousands of audio files so will need to either be hosted on Amazon S3 or Google Cloud.
I will need a backend built as well so I can bulk upload audio, artwork, artists, manage users, settings, etc. as well as a web interface where users can upload audio similar to SoundCloud. To save time I'd be open to purchasing a template like this for the web interface [login to view URL]
Other than users being able to upload audio, most of the app will look similar to Spotify with similar features; discover music/arists, recommendation features, create playlists, search, browse, follow, like, unlike, favorite, download for offline, etc.
The architecture will need to be able to handle tens of thousands of users and run fast. If it helps you can see some of the open source tools Spotify uses here: [login to view URL] Cassaundra, Kafka, Docker, Fastly CDN, MySQL with majority written in Python with web API's written in Java.
I will need backend built quickly first so I can start uploading audio while you are building the app. I can buy a template for artwork as well if that will help save time.
If you are good and dependable this will turn into a long term position as I will need a developer to help support internal team. I will also need to develop Android app and Ipad app once IOS app is perfected.
