Health Digital Passport/Wallet

Development of platform that allows to load and store health data records for patients including vaccinations, passports information, visas, latest tests, latest laboratory results, blood type information, next of kin information and medical records. We need information in terms of server requirements (e.g. if my company requires to have a server to store the data or if the server capacity can be rent by a per month quota and if so, terms of confidentiality of the data). Attached are some of the examples of the data to be stored. The intention is to have a tab for each of the characteristics described here.. QR code important to be readable and recognized.
