To track the vehicle movement via OBD II devices installed in the vehicle, track the phones, and track humans via hardware transmitting location data to server and it getting received by the phone apps.
for vehicles, we need to get the following data on mobile:
*Acc detection
*Mileage statistics
*Historical Track Playback
*Real time tracking;
*GEO Fence;
*Remove/Power Off Alarm;
*Overspeed alram;
*Vibration alarm;
*ACC On/Off alarm;
*Air conditioner ON /OFF status
*Odometer reading;
* driving behaviour data;
* low gear / high gear running;
* accident alarm;
Apart from the regular things as shown, I have installed the free version of vehicle and person tracking software. I have the android app and ios app of it too which comes under [login to view URL] ver 2.0
Hardware is taken from China namely Concox OB22 and another local one ST-902.
I have the server communication protocols for both. However these are limited in their data processing and sending capabilities and the odometer and Air conditioner details are not communicated to the server. I am getting two other devices for this purpose and would try them out. I have Teltonica too, but not the OBD version.
The work to be done:
1. Need to configure the devices (hardware to send the data to the server), configure the web app so that data flows to the app, configuring asset management software. Integrating the other things like insurance management system, service record system, road side assistance and alerts integration.
2. Configurating other reports which will be detailed after the above is done.
