Fix IPV6 error while upload IOS App

We are having a Windows Server 2008 Enterprise OS server. IOS app is using a web service (PHP) for collecting video and audio content.

We upload the app on Apple store, but due to following error its rejected. We like to solve following error and upload the app on apple store:

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on an iPad Air running iOS 11.3 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network.

Specifically, no videos play when tapped on.
