I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Its gonna an ecommerce app To attract customers looking to buy used items , must be simple, efficient (data) with a locally relevant design as well as able to support multi-language (Base language to be English). The solution must be able to support the basic C2C processes such as the ones already exist like: Marktplaats (Netherlands), Mercado Libre (Mexico), eBay (US), LetGo (US). The project sponsors would like to reuse components that are freeware and already available (provided that the proper credit is given) to minimize cost and time to launch. Business Operation: Configuration, Data Management and BI (Website management, Categories maintenance, data quality, monitor abuse, simple operational dashboard) Buyer: Homepage & Search (Featured Ads, direct search, browse categories, Login, Invite friends, etc.) Seller: Selling (Place Advertisements - Ads) Users: (Seller and Buyer): Access Management (Create account with option to use Facebook authentication) Users: Notification Center (Inbox, Saved searches, filters, etc.) Users: Account Management (Including display of user profile/ rating, update personal data and preferences) More detail on functional requirements are available. The following technical elements should be considered for the work to be done: Recommend develop platform/ architecture (preference for hybrid code vs native eg. Xamarin) Recommend selection of website/ database provider (location if relevant) to ensure app responsiveness and data security C2C services to be delivered primarily via mobile network. Users have limited access to Wifi at home, so data usage MUST be highly efficient User GUI/ screens should be ready to incorporate design/ graphis by another party (at a later stage)
