customize truck booking for ios and android

please read this before sending me your quote, those who didn't read before understand what i need will be eliminate directly.
this is not a taxi booking app, this is a delivery app, but instead of picking up passenger, it pickup goods, no different.
i only work with responsive freelancer, slow reply freelancer will be ignore.
***i will provide everything i list , graphics, web design , UI UI , hosting , you just need to customize this.
1. i have the native source code for ios , android and web , is a complete code which can be run. Android studio for android and X code for ios
2. i will need to change the UI and UX, UI UX design will be provided for app and web , web admin
3.i will need 1 a waiting time function for this , which mean it should start countdown when reach.
4. add translator to the chat between sender and receiver, the user type in other language and it will automatically translate to the desire language the user choose.
5. delivery code, the sender will get a code and the code should be given to the driver to keyin the code, this is to confirm the receiver received the goods.
6. insurance, when booking, sender gets to choose if they want to purchase insurance or not, it should be auto calculater base on % of the goods value, and turn on or turn off.
7. upload the web PSD to the web and make it live
