Using C# and Xamarain I need an app developed that can be cross platform for both iOS and Android. It will allow push notifications and allow the end user to log-in, and view there project and see the project status. So of course the "admin" will need a way of updating the status of the porject which will allow the end user to view historical progress. Also, an option we need will be for bill pay, integrated directly into the app. Use MySQL as the back-end database.
