Pastor’s Sermons questionnaire Current System: Church Sermons are held every week in the church. The people visiting the church are provided with the questionnaire handouts, which they must fill it while listening to the sermons. These paper handouts are given to the members every week and they are required to pile all these papers. These paper handouts are sometimes lost by the members. They are not able to save them. Also, if they lost they are not able to get the answer the for the past questionnaires. Proposed System: To resolve the above problems, an android application is proposed. The system will allow the members of the church to login into the application. The new members will be given choice to sign up. The members will be able to fill out the questionnaire for that day. At the end, they will be provided with the answers. This application will also keep back track of the questionnaire. The members will be able to look at the previous questions and answers. This way, they will be able to store the questions and answers and look at it whenever needed. Also, the application will be updated with the recent data when there is internet connection in the cellphone. Otherwise, it will work without internet connection. The members will be able to attend the questionnaire even though they do not have internet connection. The employee will be able to login into the system and will be able to feed in the questions for the members of the church. The pastor will also be given choice to feed in the answers. They will be notified if they forget to update the questionnaire. They will also be given choice to set the reminders to update the questionnaire. The application will allow the user to see the events that are happening in the church. They will be notified when the event is going to occur and also, they will be given choice if they want to attend the event or not. By this, the church ministers will be able to decide how many members are going to attend the event. The church members can also plan for an event outside the church. The members who wants to join the event will be notified with the location using maps as well as the time and day. These events will be first be sent to be approved by the church. The employee on the other hand, will verify the event and approve if everything is good. The members after receival of the approval can be notified for the event.
