A simple app without any UI, just functionality to be developed. For an expert its an hour work at max I have an app, which runs by GPRS network, some time the device GPRS network does not work and it needs to restart or switch to flight mode manuallly. Now I want an application to detect GPRS data and restart the network progamatically, either by toggling the flight mode or restart gsm module or any other method which can resume the network again. (the system should run without any manual intervention.) We have tried on android 4.4.4 it works but it cannot work on later version, I need it for 5.1 and 6.0 .

Just to let you know that this is very simple issue to solve. you can fix it by checking for network and if there is no network, then you can have a looping of the same gprs module to initiate itself again and again untill it has a network to work with.
