Book donation

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. This app is for borrowing and tracing the books people donated. Three parties will be using this app: the donor, manager of the book station that stores the donated book, and book borrower. This app will provide the following fuctions: 1. Donor can generate a barcode that he/she can print out and stick on the book he/she wants to donate. Donor also need to input basic info about this book, including language, book name, author name, publisher info and a personal message as an option, to create a profile for the book. 2. Manager of a book station can generate a bar code for that book station, and the barcode can be printed out and showed at the station. 3. Donor can take this book to a book station, and scan the book barcode and station barcode to check the book in. 4. Borrower can scan the barcode of the book he/she wants to borrow and check the book out. Borrower can see the book’s profile created by the donor. Borrower can add personal message to this book’s profile. 5. Borrower can return the book to any station by scan the book barcode and the station barcode to check the book in. 6. Donor can trace the donated book and get notification when the book is checked out or re-checked in a book station, and also when a personal message is added to the book profile. 7. Borrower can check what books are available at each station on map. 8. Borrower will be notified if there’s new books checked in at the book station nearby. 9. Users can send each other personal message in the app. 10. The book station manager can delete any book checked in that station. When a book is deleted, the station manager need to select the reason for deletion: unreadable condition, inappropriate content or leave a message if it’s other reasons. If a book is deleted from a station, the donor will receive a notification and the reason/message from the station manager.
