I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I’m looking for someone that can build both Android and iOS apps. This is a simple, basic voting app, but uses face recognition to give the voter a number (just serial, starting with 001 for the first person). This will prevent people voting twice. Once a number is assigned to a voter, the next page they see is the voting page and that’s all.
