Augmented Reality Mobile Application

We need a mobile application, which will do the following: (Before read open the attachment)

1. Load Esri SHP file (each coordinate pairs are in X,Y,Z) and Digital Elevation Model data.(geotiff for terrain measurement)

2. On the field while surveying, find a point as a Reference point for geolocation alignment. User required to go and position to this point, record the coordinates (xyz) and move to the next point and record the second point. Pan the camera to the first point within the display and select the first point as a reference for vertical and horizontal geolocation alignment. Once it is finished, moving the device around the field it will load and visualize the underground points, line or polygon data. When it is clicked it will Show additional information from ESRI SHAPE file format.

3. User should select and display vector layers and move forground or background.

4. User should change symbols for vector data. (standart gis data styling)

5. User should measure the data (length, area, location)

6. User should change map projections

7. Access GPS, Camera, SDCard and other sensors when needed.

Developer is required for;

1. Write clear codes

2. Write definitions and usage for each procedures, functions and constants.

3. Write development notes for further development.

4. DEv platform will be .net 2016 or later.

5. use open source Augmented Reality and other Libraries.

6. Allow me to connect via Anydesk to see the codes in action. Also provide me whatsapp connection for communication.

7. Provide me application for test purposes. ( This could be time limited for demo, until it works well)

7. After finishing the project provide all codes and documents.
