App + Web Development integrating video streaming

I have put a lot of time into developing this brief and documentation (see wireframes). Please do not submit a bid without viewing thoroughly. I am open to changes to what is presented, but any suggestions or roadblocks need to be addressed now. I don’t anticipate the scope growing or narrowing significantly. In return, I hope that you will provide a true, realistic timeline for completion. We are on a strict timetable. A successful developer will have these skills (outside of standard development skillsets that are expected): 1- Handling of video streams (detecting connection type, speed and serving the proper video) 2- Ability to creatively use SVG (or similar image animation for apps) to animate user actions on the interface 3- Experience integrating Stripe payment for web and for apps using IAP (In App Purchases) with Play Store and App Store 4- Experience using text API so that the admin can manually deploy text messages via admin panel 5- Ability to create an ultra-secure administration panel so that it cannot be easily hacked We are looking to develop a website AND an App for iOS (both iPhone & iPad) and Android. Extensive work with streaming video is essential and required for this job. Please note: we will be able to provide direct video URL links from Vimeo hosting as HD URL, SD URL and HTTP Live Streaming URL. Deliverables are: Website, iOS App (deliverable for iPhone / iPad), Android App I will provide to you the graphical interface for both the app and website. Both are currently in design. WIREFRAMES: I have attached three wireframes to this posting. PLEASE REVIEW the wireframe before placing your bid. Do not bid if you have not reviewed all three documents. The three wireframes are: 1- Web 2- App 3- Web-based admin IMPORTANT: The admin interface must have very stringent credentialing requirements for access. I want it to be VERY TOUGH to get into the backend and must be built not to allow attacks. Content from the web and app will be consumed by children and I take it very seriously that access to the admin is strictly controlled. I seek your professional recommendations here. User payment and access: -The app is free to download, but user must create a user/pass (or login with Facebook or Google). If Facebook or Google is used to login, I only want to access the users name and email. -The website is free to access and no account required unless they sign up for premium -For both the app and website, users can sign up for premium access. In the admin, some videos are tagged as “premium”. To access this, the user must have a premium account. If they try to access premium content and don’t have an account, a screen should pop-up directing them to sign up. -For payment on the app, payments must be made with Google Play and App Store (it should be a non-recurring, one time payment that is date limited). -There should be one user database that allows the user to log in to the app and website Notifications: -Users that sign up through the website can receive text alerts. Alerts are deployed through the admin. I will need your recommendation on a text service provider to integrate into the website through API to deploy alerts -For app users, we will need the ability manually push notifications through the admin -The end user should be able to control notifications once logged in TO BID: -Quote a flat fee for full development. Please detail milestones and your payment policies. -Provide RELEVANT links to work with similar technologies. -If you have not earned any money or do not have any ratings on Freelancer, please provide a link to another website that has reviews of your work. -A REALISTIC timeline. Please know that the timeline is very, very important to our decision-making (more than total cost). I want you to be realistic and safe in the timeline you propose. Please know that we have to be accountable to the timeline within reason.
