ANDROID app with GPS tracking

I am looking for a developer who can make applications for Android.
The applications task is to record the current activity based on the GPS location and show it on the on-line map. For example, on a Google map.
A. The activity is to be recorded after pressing the START button in the application and finished after pressing the STOP button in the application.
B. The whole activity is to be displayed in the form of a line marking the trail on which the user moves from beginning to end.
C. A tent icon should be placed at the beginning and end (Camping).
D. Activity should be divided into 8 types of movement:
1. Bike (default);
2. Walk;
3. Ferry;
4. Train;
5. Bus;
6. Plane;
7. Car;
8. Other;
E. Each type of movement should be in a different color and have its own individual icon.
F. The type of movement must be able to be selected in the application during activity.
G. The current location should have an icon and a color consistent with the chosen way of moving.
H. Use the word dolphin in the comment to confirm that you have read the description.
I. The map should contain information about:
a) Current speed;
b) Current altitude above sea level (in meters);
c) The distance covered by the current way of moving (in kilometers);
d) Time of moving in the current way;
J. In addition, there must be general information on the map from the START:
e) Average speed;
f) Total of decrease and increase;
g) Total distance covered;
h) The current time of the zone in which the smatfon with the application is located;
K. At the bottom, below the map there should be a height graph showing the registered altitudefrom START.
L. Access to current activity should always be at the same website address.
M. Every activity should be archived and access to them should be from the link on the map.
N. It can happen that the smartphone during the activity will be out of reach of the Internet. In this case, I would like the activity to be recorded by the smartphone and made available to the server as soon as the smartphone recovers access to the Internet. When the server is not connected to the smartphone, the appropriate message should be on the map. The message should specify the time from the moment of communication loss with the smartphone.
