Android app for attaching audio recordings as file picker

We need an Android app which acts on Android as a file chooser, when another app requests it to provide a document, it opens an audio recorder, records an audio, and returns the audio file to the requester app. - Native app is okay - App must implement the DocumentProvider class from the SAF framework - Audio files must be coded on mp3 - Audio files must be kept saved on an SD card directory: "Record/Audio recording attacher" - App must be compatible with Android versions 4.4 to 9. - Project will be validated when it's able to attach an audio file to Slack and it's playable on the embedded player from the mobile app and the web version. - When opening the app from the launcher, it should show a list of the recordings on the SD card, with play/share/delete capabilities.
