Write an Android application for copy contacts to excel

I need aa android siftware that can do the following 1- copy the phone numbers from excel to phone contacts 2- delet all phone contacts Yes there is a lot of software do the same in android market, but all of them is very slow cause they make copy for many detalies like first name , e, second name, email phone number…….. But i need only to copy the phone numbers and the name can be series of numbers Also i need always to copy many contacts like 30000 or more so that software van done so fast , also the same in deleting numbers so fast
