I would like a mobile app to be designed to cut across all mobile phone platforms. i.e. smart phones and advanced smart phones. Windows, iPhone, Android e.t.c The mobile application would be designed to allow for the following functionality; 1. The mobile app would be in form of a button, and once clicked, the button would trigger a call to a shortcode number: *** and dial the number like it would a long digit number. 2. The tarriffs would surely be dependent on the provider that the end-user would be subscribed to, so not something the developer should be worried about. 3. On first download of the app, there should be a terms and conditions page which the end-user should accept before installing the application to the phone. Best Regards.
