I need multiple tabs based on my requirement

4. In tabs i may update text / image/ pdf / website link
Basically I need to add any numbers of lists ( Sub lists), tabs , etc...
5. Whenever I update a information for particular list, Push notification should appear for dat specific list selected customers.
