Windows system admin expert Required

I need a Windows Admin expert for my multiple projects. If you have knowledge please bid. Details will be shared in message with the freelancers. I have a production Windows 2003-level domain with about 500 users, and a production SQL Server instance with about the same number of Logins This server is very old and starting to fail. I have made a replacement for it using Windows 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2 on a VM. I need to migrate the AD users and SQL logins (associated with the AD accounts, we use windows auth) so that I put the new VM in place when the time comes.
