Not something that can be categorized as a "standard" problem... Need troubleshooting steps, examining logs, services etc I assume that both the Windows and Exchange are patched to the latest available level, otherwise hacking is a serious candidate. Exchange is coming to End Of Life soon, so you may also start examining your options My bid concerns troubleshooting the problem and not doing any migration/upgrading if required .

Hi!!! I'm sorry to hear that this Exchange server is being problematic. I've dealt with similar issues on Exchange servers over the years--since before Exchange 2000! Hi, I had the same issue with 3 Exchange servers, for the last 7 days, the email flow stopped 6 hours after server reboot. The transport service fails and cannot be restarted (stays in stopping state). I have solution for this, if you are interested feel free to contact me.
