It looks to be needed to write append query (queries) for each pair of tables, and you could use them in future as many times as you need.

I have over 15 years' experience in database development ranging from projects such as: TOWER HEALTH & LIFE • Created and deployed the Complaints Database at TOWER (both Health & Life and Insurance) to record, track, report and investigate complaints from advisors, clients and providers alike. This replaced the antiquated spreadsheet system and gave all team members and management immediate visibility of complaints, a host of reports and the ability to update complaints directly.
