I would like to establish an approx cost to develop an Access database for the following. Business is a Farm equipment seller with all current records on paper. The plan is to record all relevant data onto an Access database, have the ability to search a front page from each table by drop down choice and print various reports from this data. Variable will be things like name, address, contact phone, contact email, equipment bought, date bought, soil type, equipment sold, date sold, price paid etc etc. Estimate that there will be in the region of 30 data entry fields per customer/page(s). Same single format page would be used for each customer. Facility for report writing by simply checking which variables need to be printed.
