Hello! is the frequency (period) known? What are pins measuring? You should measure voltage on one pin and current on the other. The frequency (period) will be the same. So you do for example 100 measurements of voltage in a period detecting the peak. At the same time you measure current 100 times and detect peaks. Time difference between voltage peak and current peak divided by 100 is the power factor.
