Virtual Assistant to COO of Medical Billing Company

The Job Overview We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support our business operations. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, managing company calendars with important dates. You will also be expected to complete online research, compile and distribute reports, handle various administrative tasks (such as reconciling payroll), and maintain some of our Company’s internal systems and manage our Contract Management platform.
