Post Processor for siemens 840D

Dear Sir Bundle of thanks to give me a chance to bid on your project. I am the most suitable candidate for your project. Because I am practically a mold/Tool/Machine maker. I have more then 20 years experience in tool making field. I am using CNC machines since 1999. Recently I started my own mold making factory with a CNC mill and lathe. I have sufficient experiance on Fanuc and Haidenhain (upto simultaneous 5 axis machining). I have expertise regarding latest programming techniques like "trochoidal milling", tool entering angles, HSM/HFM. I used Sandvik, Ingersol, Iscar, Walter, Mitsubishi, Fresa, Guhring, Kyocera & Toshiba cutting tools. I am using Catia V5, Creo, ZW3D, NX, MasterCAM, PowerMill, EdgeCAM, SurfCAM and Autodesk Fusion 360 for CNC toolpath generation expertly. I am using ArtCAM and Aspire for artwork machining. I can make programs manually as well for completing small jobs effectively. As I am a manual machinist also, I can make most optimized toolpath according to machine, cutting tool and material to be cut. I can add/make new post processors or modify old one to fulfill the machine or shop floor requirements for PowerMill, EdgeCAM, NX, Creo and some other packages.
