I guess you must have found many such students but I have experience of participating in SAE BAJA for two times and a same kind of ATV building national level competition (Enduro Student India) for one time. I was the design head of the team and have built a total of three ATVs and numerous components for the same. And not just participation, we also have won a total of 5 various awards including two Endurance Races. I guess this should be more than enough for your needs. Now, the reason I placed my bet to the lowest is because I am a fresher with having no freelancing projects done and so no "official" experience for using the softwares. So basically I really need an official start to my professional career, then be it at any cost.
