MATLAB image analysis code modification

Hi All, Images of the types of files that need to be analyzed have been provided. This project will involve calculating distances, angles and other such parameters about the images. Mean images and RMS images need to also be created. The code is already written for all parameters and needs to be applied to different data and ensure that it works. The code contains a lot of comments to help make things clear. All code files have been provided for full transparency about what is the length of the code. This work needs to be completed within 1 week. I have provided: 1) The code - which needs to be modified to be applied to different image sets. 2) Examples of images that it needs to be applied to 3) A list of clear requirements about what needs to be done I will be there everyday to provide feedback and help clarify things that maybe confusing.
