-Paper Validation on 5G- The project is about energy consumption in 5G wireless network, by comparing the daily average area power consumption in different traffic levels with and without Cell-DTX (Cell- Discontinuous transmission), I faced a problem in a formula of the (daily average area power consumption), which is already exists in the attached file, there is a factor called (resource utilization) it seems that it is related with traffic level but I couldn't understand how it works. So I need someone who has good experience in coding (Matlab) as well as communication engineering (Mobile Communication and technologies).

Hi, This is an interesting project. I can work on this to reduce the power consumption for the 5G networks considering the scenarios written in the paper. This can be done with the m-script(as you started) but MATLAB Simulink would be a better option as there many scenarios to be considered. MATLAB Simulink will give an optimized solution. If you are interested, please respond. I will do further in depth research on the solution.
