You find some details about manufacturing possibility's of SiC plates. How & where to produce this plates for interest. The plate is 10x10cm and has some corner and edge rounding. The thickness is given trough material constant. --> Should have minimal bending strength @ 100N forces. It should be black and the surface polished. After signing an own NDA I could send you a design. Notice the Project isn't that simple. You should have also access to physic literature. Without it isn't possible to get enough informations. I have some papers if you need it.
