In addition to excellent phone skills our perfect candidate should meet the following requirements: Persuasive yet diplomatic Confident Ability to communicate effectively with affluent clientele Pleasant voice and self-driven Research savvy Computer savvy Previous sales/telemarketing experience in financial services, real estate or luxury items is a plus. We are looking for someone who embraces calling people on the phone, not afraid of making cold calls, has a great positive attitude, is an aggressive go-getter and has a track record of CLOSING on the phone. They must also be ethical and honest, team players, coachable, competitive, undeterred by hearing “no” and driven to succeed. I’m a real estate developer looking for someone to contact property owners and simply ask if they have any interest in selling they’re property now or in the near future. This is a simple non-threatening conversation with property owners. You will not be asked to negotiate or talk terms with owners. The perfect candidate would dedicate a minimum 20 hours a week to making calls. Calls are tracked and recorded using a dialer system provided by us. This is a long term opportunity of salary + commission position.
