What I'm Looking For: I, initially as a test run, have a list of approx. 2000 potential customers that I need to be called and have quality appointments set up for me to call back and sell my services. The full list of potential customers will have the phone number provided, along with a script. This position will be for the days of Mon-Thurs & Saturday. I would like to start with 4 hours a day and can go up from there with the right person. This is for an experienced cold caller with excellent English language. Daily Activity We require at least 5-10 quality appointments made per day. By quality appointments, I mean... 1. Confirm they are currently with the program we are calling about. 2. Confirm they are willing to listen to cost saving options, through us. 3. And, confirm they are willing to speak to the licensed representative in their state, to go over those options to save them money on something that they already pay into at the end of every month. In the case no one answers, we also have a script for you to leave a voicemail with my number here at my office. If the line has been disconnected, you will just add that as a note. FUTURE OPPORTUNITY If the efforts are a success, another list of potential clients that need to be called will be provided. This can turn into a very long term relationship with commission on top of the hourly pay. All is negotiable. Details after you are hired.

I had acquired good customer communication, customer satisfaction and order processing. Overall, I had consistently demonstrated teamwork, work with speed and accuracy and multitasking abilities in every aspect of my Customer Service Representative as well as Data Entry when doing administrative works wherein I copied the entries from one website and paste the entries in MS Word or Excel sheet. My typing speed is 30 wpm. I also perform web searching.
