I Need A Business Partner

I own a Teespring store but the issue is that I am not quite good in marketing so I am missing sales.I need someone to do the marketing for me and bring in sales, the problem is that I do not have budget to pay for the expenses of ads and marketing but as partners the profit will be shared 50 - 50 and also you get back the money you spent on ads.
