Position: Account Manager Job Description: - The overall daily responsibilities are a mix of sales, business development & client relations - Assist in explaining & communicating our services to Japanese firms - Communicate with new and existing clients to explaining our services in Japanese - Communication is phone calls, e-mails and in-person meetings - Initially, phone calls will take a majority of your time until you build a network of companies - Create briefs for video proposals when a company is interested in video creation - Attend client meetings - Attend client filmings Job Requirements: - Great communication skills in Japanese and conversational communication skills in English to communicate with your foreign colleagues. - You have a good sense of team spirit as well as being able to take initiative. - You have an outgoing personality with a lot of positive energy. - Having your own laptop - Creative background a plus - Advertising/marketing experience a plus Qualifications Minimum qualifications: - Bilingual: Great communication skills in Japanese and conversational communication skills in English to communicate with your foreign colleagues - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience -Outgoing personality with a lot of positive energy - Having your own laptop - Interested in working at a start-up where flexibility and autonomous problem solving is essential - A good sense of team spirit as well as being able to take initiative. Preferred qualifications: - 1-3 years experience in related industry (Sales, creative, advertising, marketing etc.) - Extreme attention to detail and consistency - Highly organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects Website:
